"Connection failed: 403 Forbidden" means that the connected user does not have the right permissions to fetch trigger events.
When trying to connect SendGrid connector to Workato, a "Full Access" is required to be set in the "API Key Permission" in SendGrid. This is because Workato "Send Email" requires API Key access such as Get, Patch, Put, Delete and Post endpoints which are only provided in the "Full Access" Permissions.

SendGrid: which permissions/access details does the SendGrid connection API key require?
The Workato SendGrid connection asks for a SendGrid API key.
When generating an API Key in SendGrid, under "API Key Permissions" if you select "Restricted Access" (instead of "Full Access") it gives you a number of options as to what "access details" you want the key to have. As I am only connecting Workato to SendGrid to send emails I only gave the key the "Mail Send" access. However, on entering that key into the SendGrid connection that gave an error: "Connection failed: 403 Forbidden".
I cannot find any documentation about the SendGrid connector.
What access does the SendGrid API key need when configuring the SendGrid connector in Workato?
