Utilizing workbot in slack to be tied into creating Zendesk tickets:
Some of the default options are "type" and "priority". Essentially, I have another field in Zendesk that ask for the user's location, with certain options only.
As you can see in the provided screen shot, this is pretty straight forward to tell it what the attributes are for "type".
I attempted to follow the same logic with a new field in Zendesk for "Office", but came back with multiple failures.
Workato understands that there is an additional field in Zendesk as it provided me the option of "Office".
The error is as follows: Formula error in input field Lhs
Any/All info is great appreciated.
