Schedule tech support to work on the issues

Would be super helpful if Workato support would use a scheduler like Calendly or Timetrader to coordinate the work on the tickets.

Sincere apologies for the delay in response to this. We currently have 24-hour first line of support, so there should always be someone available to handle our live chat and support tickets. Were you facing issues getting support on a particular issue?
