Commenting out steps (toggle option)

Hi.

It would really be useful to be able to comment out individual steps or entire blocks. Sometimes it is necessary to temporarily disable steps for testing purposes for example. When that happens I create a stop step at the bottom and drag the steps I need to deactivate to a place after that stop. But that's not ideal. A toggle option in each of the steps would be a great feature.

I would like to upvote this request - the ability to "deactivate" a step or block of steps in a recipe would be very useful.  

Sometimes you would like to test just a portion of a recipe or you may want to try two different methods but don't want to have to go through the process of cloning and having two versions or otherwise building something out and deleting it just to have to build it again.
