Pulling through Company Name to Account Name Salesforce/Eventbrite

I currently am running the recipe "New attendee on Eventbrite will create campaign, contact, and campaign member in Salesforce" and would like to pull through the company name from Eventbrite to become their Account Name associated with their contact. Instead, I get an error every time I try to match the fields. I would prefer the company name become the account name as opposed to creating households every time.

Any help would be great!

Hi Bethany,

Thanks for reaching out! If you would like to create an Account name with the Company name from a new attendee on Eventbrite then you may refer from the App Data beside your recipe page. Select first the field that will correspond with the Account name and then look for the Company name data pill of the Attendee from the Trigger Data that you can see from the right pane of your recipe.

I would highly recommend to use “Upsert record” when creating an account to avoid duplications along with Search and then Create/Update which is Upsert. See the screenshot below for visualisation.
