Issue with HTTP connector to Concur

I am getting the error "redirect_uri is improper or not previously registered". The authorization url is  

https://us-impl.api.concursolutions.com/oauth2/v0/authorize?response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.workato.com%2Foauth%2Fcallback

Am I supposed to register the redirect url somewhere in concur?

Concur's connector is provided from workato. How about using this?

I need an update trigger which isn't provided out of the box, so was trying to see if I can accomplish that using an HTTP connector.

I don't have any experience with Concur. If you want to use REST API, I think you can use custom action through the Concur connector. Here is a sample.
