Schedule recipe to run at different times of day

Hi there, I would like to set up a recipe to run every 8 hours beginning from 8am PST.

It should run at 00:00, 08:00, 16:00 daily. The Scheduler trigger does not have an 8 hour interval option available. How can I achieve this?
