JIRA depreciated the username and email around April 15th as my integrations broke and needed to switch to Atlassian Account ID. I referenced this post.

So to fix this, I made a lookup table with email and Atlassian ID. This way I can use this table to help drive Slack messasges as well.
My question is how do I keep this up to date since Getting User Details through Workato requires an Atlassian ID now?
I just saw that you can query groups of users through the JIRA api and I am going to test that out but have to build a custom action for it.
