Repeat Action Keywords

Having the ability to use actions that act the same as `continue` and `break` from most programming languages for loops would be amazing!

There are currently workarounds we have used to functionally achieve both actions, but they require a lot of overhead and can cause some confusion. Having these actions would help to make recipes a lot simpler and loops would be more dynamic.
