No matter what value of "folder_id" I send - new recipe ends up in Home directory.
Is it API bug or is documentation out of date? What's the correct format?

Creating Recipe via API
Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how to create a recipe via API call so new recipe ends up in folder with given ID.
Tried an example from here: https://docs.workato.com/workato-api/recipes.html#create-a-recipe
No matter what value of "folder_id" I send - new recipe ends up in Home directory.
Is it API bug or is documentation out of date? What's the correct format?
Thanks,
Kamil
