Recipe Count

Hi, I have a use case where there is one source to pull the data from and send the data to multiple targets. Lets assume, we use pub/sub topic to store the message pulled from the source system and there are 7 target systems. We will create one recipe that will push the message to the pub/sub topic and 7 consumers to pull the data from the topic and send it to respective target system. What will be the recipe count in this case? Any suggestions on how to optimize the recipes in this case.
