Troubleshooting Step Failures - Create expense sheet

A common reason for your recipe failing at this step is:


Expense sheet owner does not exist on Replicon

Ensure that the expense sheet owner is an active user on Replicon, and that his:

a) Name

b) Login name

c) Employee ID

d) Email address

are the same in all connected apps.


Also, do take note that if the expense owner shares the exact same name with another user in Replicon, recipes that rely upon the user's name as shown, instead of user login, may assign the wrong owner to the expense sheet in Replicon.
