User permissions required to access Mailchimp. 500 error

 

What does this mean?: 

This error is shown because you don't have the right permissions on your mailchimp account


Solution: 

If you receive a 500 error from trying to access Mailchimp, it is . Here are a few steps to take


  • -Make sure you are connected to the right Mailchimp account, if you have multiple connections you could be connected to the wrong one
  •  Make sure you have the right permissions. Check with your Mailchimp admin. You need admin or manager level permission.
