Creating a separate account for integration in your apps

Here at Workato, we have  a separate account solely for integration use. For example, when connecting to google sheets, we have an account called "Workato", with its own account credentials. This is useful for you to identify which records in your app was created manually and which were created through Workato. This also means that the credentials used in workato is not tagged to a single person, which can be problematic if the person leaves the company, or loses access to a particular app due to a change in department etc.
