Modified on: Tue, Jul 25, 2017 at 3:29 PM

When you see this error, oops, something went wrong, it means could be a number of issues are affecting you.

1. If you are using QuickBase, ServiceNow or something similar which requires access to your account to get to a list of fields you have, you may receive this error. Usually, this means that you did not provide a proper authentication key, and Workato was unable to generate the schema for your action as it could not access it. To fix this, simply check your tokens that were provided are correct

2. You may be working on a recipe when you have logged out of workato on another window or tab, and you will get this error when trying to create new triggers or actions. To fix this, simply refresh your page and log in, then continue with your recipe again. (Note, changes you've made will not be recorded, so you should take a screenshot of your recipe logic just in case)
