New Trigger for Jira/Trello request

Hi,


Can we have a new trigger for Jira/Trello that will update a record in salesforce when a ticket/card in Jira/trello that related to that salesforce record got updated ?

Thank you for your quick response.


My scenario is when user creates a new case record in salesforce, an appropriate jira ticket or Trello card will be created based on the information of that case records. And then, when the information of the jira ticket or Trello card is updated, it will reflect to the case record in salesforce, for example:

1. The Jira ticket number/Trello card will be updated back on the case record in SF.

2. The Jira ticket/Trello card assignee should be updated to a custom field of case record in SF.

3. The Jira ticket/Trello card status should be updated on the case record in Status field in SF.

4. Any comment of Jira ticket/Trello card will be synced to the case comment in SF.

Hi, 

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. We do have triggers for Jira and Trello now to trigger off updated issues/cards. Do try it out and let us know if you encounter any issues.
