Please consider adding support for Kayako CRM and ticketing system.
It has a very broad customerbase and integration between Kayako / Slack would definitely bring love.

Also, my Team does look out for 'hot' Apps and features to add, so if you have friends or colleagues who would like this connector to be available, do get them to share their scenarios here and upvote the idea as well. If there is a buzz, the request might be more prioritised.
Kayako CRM main focus is a ticketing system for handling emails. Therefore a integration scenario which would allow a workbot to 'announce' the incoming new tickets in Slack chats or ability to add notes to ticket or assign them would be a great start.
Happy to spread the word around about workato plus among the kayako users I know.
Has there been any progress on this? I still can't find kayako as a supported business app.
