Recently, you have added the ability to "Charge Invoices" in IF.
In order to do that, you have need credit card ID's, merchant ID's, etc. but you are not able to search for them.
Can you please expose those or allow for searching so that this action is usable?
Hello Marshal, thanks for creating the topic. Can you help me clarify what is the criteria that you would like to use to search for the credit cards and the merchants?
For example, if you wish to obtain the Credit card ID, you might have to search for the credit card using the name on the card (or any other criteria that is not the credit card ID) and then the Credit card ID data pill can be available for mapping. The same goes for searching for a merchant.
Correct. The "Charge Invoice" has input for the merchant ID number and the CC ID number. But there is no way to search for those and then pull the pills in for the action.
I want to be able to find the CC ID and the Merchant ID.
Also, since "Notes" is required on the charge invoice action, clarification on that would be helpful as well.
So is there any specific item that we can use to search CC and Merchant by? We need to find them using something before we can get their IDs. Any ideas? Thanks!
I'm not sure the question, but probably makes sense to have an action called "search contact credit card". Not sure what the API looks like on the inside.
The search would have to go into the ecommerce side of IF; would need to be able to find CC ID #, if the card is active/inactive, etc.
The merchant ID is less important to us, since we can just manually type that in for all orders.

Hi Marshal. My apologies for the delay. I have raised the requests for new features to be added. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for a response from my Team to see if there are any workarounds currently available. I'll update you again about this.

In case you haven't seen it, we already have a search credit card action. for the merchant ID, there is a hint in the action on where you can get it. It reads "Go to e-commerce settings, click merchant account, click edit and get ID from URL". Do let us know if anything is lacking.
