Connect to Xero and Loop all Contact Person

Good Day Everyone. I am trying to connect my Xero and Salesforce application to Workato. I want to create a recipe that will work like the following scenario:  When I will create new Xero Contact the recipe will automatically create a new salesforce Account. Furthermore, all those Xero Contact person will also be created as salesforce Contact. The recipe is working well except for the part that I cannot loop all those Contact person. Can someone help me here ?

Sincerely,

John

Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out. This should be possible with our Xero New/Updated Contact trigger and Salesforce Create/Update Object action for both the Account and Contact. If you're receiving errors that you are having difficulty resolving, feel free to sign up for our daily Expert Hour here: http://resources.workato.com/webinars/. One of our experts can share screens with you to help you resolve those errors.

Hi John,

That is definitely possible. Could you post a screenshot of the error you are facing?

Perhaps you were looking for a recipe like this. You can search for existing recipes to find one that closely matches your business needs. You should always check if the recipe would work for you by ensuring all fields are in order and run some tests.

What this recipe does is:

1. When there is a new/updated contact in Xero,

2. Workato searches for existing accounts on Salesforce and updates where present, and creates a new account based on the contact if absent.

3. Workato also searches for existing contacts on Salesforce and updates where present, and creates new contacts where absent.
