That looks for a specific field within a Salesforce opportunity to have a value other than null. If it does, it creates a JIRA ticket.
Issue, if the opportunity is updated at all after entering a value, the JIRA ticket is created again.
Would be great if when checking for updates if there was an ability to detect if the field being targeted in the recipe was the only thing changed.

Sincerely sorry as our product team hasn't been able to implement this yet. Here is a workaround you can use in the meantime:
To start, users would need to create a new custom field in the form of a checkbox.
Here is how the custom checkbox field would look like if you create in a Salesforce object, say "Account".
This checkbox would serve as an indication if the specific field you are monitoring is updated. The checkbox would be checked only if the specific field that you wish to trigger the recipe is updated.
Thereafter, within the recipe's trigger, you can filter the trigger by checking the "Trigger IF" box.
Users can input the "Trigger data" field with the data pill containing the new checkbox field and choose the condition to be "equal". The "value" field would have to be in formula mode and have input as true. Therefore the recipe would trigger if the checkbox is checked which means the specific field monitored is updated.
Another possible issue users would have to note would be the possible recursion if the same record is updated. This could occur if the chekcbox field remains checked. Therefore at the end of the recipe, you would need to have a step that unchecks the checkbox.
