Recipe Action Help for Newbie

I'm trying to trigger every time there is a New Invoice created in Quick Base that it is sent to Quick Book Online and certain data records are sent to Quick Books Online to generate an Invoice creation to be made there. I'm lost here and somewhat illiterate at this stuff. Anyone guide me step by step. I feel this is easy but I have no idea with this platform.

Hi Ryan,

We can cover this in the demo we had set up, but as starting materials, you can look at these:

Here are the basics on building a recipe: http://docs.workato.com/recipes/building-recipes.html#building-recipes

You can also see this forum topic where we mention some points about creating an invoice in Quickbooks Online: https://support.workato.com/discussions/topics/1000084673

You can see this sample recipe: https://www.workato.com/recipes/550957-demo-sync-opportunity-in-salesforce-to-sales-receipts-in-quickbooks#recipe. It creates a Sales Receipt in Quickbooks, but the fields are quite similar.
