I find the issue that Infusionsoft has phone to match with new order from shopify but cannot match with infusionsoft as the phone number field we have here is named "phone 1" " phone 2" and so on.
So we will need field "phone 1" for search infusionsoft contact.
Also there is no "Discount" and "shipping" fields that syncs to infusionsoft. the overall order total is calculated with price of line items and the total is generated with Add tax update syncs in well but without the discount given in shopify while our accounting will be clueless of other amounts.
InfusionSoft needs without Discount and Shipping Cost fields to sync to match shopify order.

Presently InfusionSoft does not support adding discounts to orders. A workaround would be to add it as an item (with a negative multiplier in formula mode) in your recipe. I have provided an example below where 'Discount codes' is the list of discounts obtained from Shopify:

Yes but discount will be a variable calculation as well.. might be a 50% or 49 bucks to the product alone from the line items or the total price of all the products.
And also shipping cost will be needed as well.
For the Phone query what i see in infusionsoft is the default phone field for it as "Phone 1". And as i said but there are duplicate headers as Phone 1 with and without format. And so the query for "phone.present?" fails for this confusion! may be.! please suggest how to fetch phone1
To iterate, discounts are not presently supported by InfusionSoft in their Orders system. Therefore, I will be sharing some workarounds to help users who face this issue get going.
How about this: Let's add discounts and shipping costs as line items to an existing order (Action). If your discounts are variable, I believe that Shopify has a data pill which has calculated the amount of the discount for you already. You can use this pill along with the workaround mentioned in the previous post.
