Smartsheet just released their new Dashboards functionality. Previously, I have created a simple recipe between Zendesk and Smartsheet. New, unsolved Zendesk tickets are added to a Smartsheet sheet as rows for aggregation within Smartsheet. There, the line of business user in Smartsheet has the ability to organize them as he wishes.
With the new Dashboard functionality, I am curious if anyone has managed to feed Zendesk ticket data directly into a Smartsheet dashboard (i.e., a metric with count of all "Open" tickets). I can conceptualize that I could just feed all data to a Smartsheet sheet and then have the Dashboard metric read that raw data sheet, but I am curious if there is a more elegant solution, perhaps using logic in the recipe itself.
