Folder names change wrapping when hovering

When I hover my mouse over the link to a folder in the folder menu and the number of recipes is replaced by the cog icon, for some recipe names this changes how the folder name wraps. This changes the length of the menu of folders. This is particularly annoying when moving the mouse down over the list of folders – suddenly the one I was aiming for is in a different position because either itself or a folder above it changed the amount of space it was taking up in the menu.
