If you have any jobs that you need to re-run, whether because it is a failed job or you had an error in your recipe, you can always re-run the record to be processed by the recipe again.
To Re-run a job, tick the checkbox beside the job, and click on Re-run
PS : Re-running a job will use the original picked up records' field values to go through the new recipe logic and data mapping. This is vital to be aware of if your recipe has important field mapping that uses the data fields from the trigger. If you re-run the job, it will use back the original field values even if you had updated the field value in your application's system
If you have multiple failed jobs, or you need to re-run many jobs at once, Workato now supports multiple jobs re-run. This allows you to re-run the jobs all at once, instead of clicking on each single jobs to re-run
When clicking on the checkbox on the header row, it will highlight all jobs on the page. You can then re-run all of those jobs.
