How do I customize my apps?
Each app is different in how you customize them. For Salesforce, you can add custom fields to existing objects, or create new objects. Companies have even created custom Force.com Apps. All these are available via Workato. For other Apps, like EventBrite, you configure and add custom fields to existing objects. When you are building your recipes, here are the steps you follow to make the customizations visible.
- Create the connection to the App instance that you have customized.
- When you are building your recipe, make sure you are using the right connection. Select the right connection before you start building the recipe.
