Sometimes, you may find that despite having an active recipe or connection. Workbot goes offline. In order to solve this problem, you can try to reconnect your Slack Workbot connection.
For users with a Workato Paid Plan :
Users can do this by clicking on "Connection" under the drop-down menu on the top-right hand corner. Then click on Slack Workbot and click on "Edit". Then click on "Disconnect" then click on "Connect".
For all other users including Workbot Only Plan:
If you are unable to find the Connection page, try this page. You should then click on the Workbot icon under "My connections", followed by clicking on "Edit", then "Disconnect" and finally click on "Connect".
The connections page should look something like this:
You should only attempt to disconnect and connect to Workbot, and should not delete the other connections of other apps.
