While connecting your Quickbooks account to Workato, you might face the following pop up error after entering your Quickbooks credentials.
This usually indicates that the Quickbooks credentials you have provided do not have admin Access Rights. You can check if the Quickbooks account has admin Access Rights by logging into Quickbooks > Settings > Manage Users. You should see the following screens.
Ensure that you are using a Quickbooks account with either Master Admin or Company Admin rights to connect to Workato, and that should resolve the issue.
