From 19 December 2018, we will be upgrading our Wrike connectors to use Wrike's API v4 (currently v3). As a result, all existing Wrike connections will be disconnected.
You must reconnect your Wrike account to your Workato account manually.
How it affects you
Recipes using the Wrike connection will no longer work if your Wrike account is not reconnected.
No action is required on existing Wrike recipes. Once your Wrike account is reconnected, recipes using the connection should work as before.
Reconnecting your Wrike account
- Go to App connection and search for 'Wrike'
- Click on your Wrike connection
- Click on 'Edit connection':
- Click on 'Link your account':
About Wrike API v4
Wrike API v4 is a new generation of Wrike APIs, designed for improved security and scalability. The primary difference between Wrike API v4 and v3 is that the new version can only access data from one account at time.
In order to complete improvements for Wrike security and scalability, Wrike will be deprecating Wrike API v3 (on June 30th 2019) in favor of Wrike API v4. Likewise, we are working on several enhancements to our Wrike connector, which will also be built on API v4. You can expect to see them in the 1st quarter of 2019.
